How It Works

The whole heat pump lives in one box on the wall.

A conventional split system needs an outdoor condenser bolted to the building. UNICO puts the compressor, both heat exchangers and the fan inside the indoor unit, and breathes through two 202mm holes cored through the external wall — closed on the outside with slim grilles you can paint to match the brick or render.

No planning friction.

Nothing is fixed to the outside of the building, so apartments, rented homes, conservation areas and protected structures are usually straightforward.

One room, one unit.

Made for a bedroom, home office, extension or apartment living room where an outdoor unit was never an option.

Reversible.

Cools in summer, runs as a heat pump in winter, dehumidifies in between. The EVANX model adds an electric element for the coldest days.

Sealed for life.

Factory-charged refrigerant — no F-gas pipework to run or commission between floors, no annual leak check below the charge threshold.

Systems

Five sizes. One invisible comfort.

Every ÆTHER system is the Olimpia Splendid UNICO — indoor-only, no outdoor condenser, no balcony lost. All share the same 1015 × 540 × 180mm footprint and mount high on an external wall through two 202mm cores.

■

Why it clears planning: no external plant means no visual-amenity objection, no permitted-development calculation for an outdoor condenser, and no boundary noise assessment.

■

Why it's low-maintenance: the owner cleans two filters; the sealed circuit needs no annual F-gas leak check below the threshold charge.

Send us the room. We'll send back a plan.

A photograph of the wall inside and out, the room dimensions and your postcode is enough for an indicative quote. A full survey follows before anything is ordered.
